Policies

  • Do not sign and date any documents ahead of your appointment. All documents must be signed and dated in the presence of the Notary.

  • Confirm documents are accurate, complete, and in need of signature and date only. If you have questions or need clarification regarding your documents, you must contact the person who drafted it or requested the notarization. A Notary Public cannot provide legal advice or assistance in completion of documents.

  • Confirm which Notary Certificate you need. A Notary cannot give advice on which to use.

  • Make sure to have all originals that require certification/attestation and any supporting documents.

  • All signers must be present at time of notarization and have a valid ID photo i.e. state-issued driver’s license, state-issued identification card, U.S passport, U.S. military ID. Photo copies and social security cards are unacceptable.

  • If your documents require two witnesses, the previous guidelines apply to them as well. Witnesses cannot be immediate relatives.

  • Fee and up to three notarizations $65

  • Fee and up to three notarizations $95

Payment

All appointments require a valid credit card at the time of booking. All appointments, outside of emergency appointments, will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment may be made in cash, by Venmo, or charged to the card on file at the completion of the notarization. All emergency appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please make sure to have a confirmation of availability before booking any emergency appointments.
